Description

Yabukita is the highest grade of Sencha. It is produced through a unique steaming process, done longer than any other Japanese green tea and using only the youngest tea leaves.

Yabukita has a strong mellow flavour with sweet characteristics with a fresh green grass aroma. It also increases the natural vitamin content and antioxidants. Enjoy at any time of the day.

How to Brew

  1. Heat water to 60-70 degrees celsius (60% boiling water, 40 % cold water/70% boiling water, 30% cold water)
  2. Use 1 teaspoon of Yabukita green tea leaves for 1 cup of tea.
  3. Pour water into tea pot or tea cup and brew for up to 1 minute.

Tea can be brewed for 2-3 infusions.
