Description
Imperial Champagne Oolong is a heavily oxidized, non-roasted, white tip Oolong tea. This unique tea is a subtle, delicious and world famous Oolong from Taiwan only.
It has a fresh, light and mild aroma, with a fruity and somewhat sweet, creamy flavor and light undertones of honey. The brew has a golden light colour.
How to Brew
- Place Imperial Champagne Oolong tea leaves into a pot (1 teaspoon for 1 cup).
- Pour boiling water into the pot until the leaves are covered and pour it out immediately. (This step refers to as ‘awakening and cleaning the leaves’).
- Pour boiling water into the pot and infuse for 2 mins then pour all of the tea into the cup.
A second and third infusion is possible with the same tea leaves.
